Cloud/DevOps Engineer (Remote)

We are seeking a Cloud/DevOps Engineer for an exciting startup based in Columbus, Ohio to create the next generation of financial services software. You will be working within a small, highly skilled engineering team while partnering closely with our financial services clients to create elegant infrastructure-as-code solutions. You will create automated, secure, and reliable systems to run our business-critical financial services software.

You will help financial service institutions combine personal, human service with digital channels and AI to make high quality service and advice available to all consumers and small businesses.

The successful candidate will be have 3+ years of experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure and securing cloud environment. Strong communication skills and a bias for action is required to drive work through successfully. The ideal candidate will:

  • Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available on AWS
  • Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
  • Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code
  • Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools
  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems
  • Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas
  • Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems
  • Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization

UX Designer (Columbus/Long-Term Contract)

We are seeking a UX Designer for a 6 month contract with potential to convert to a permanent position for the right person for an internal agency. The UX Designer would work on client site playing a generalist role on the UX team. Experience developing wire frames, journey diagrams, information architectures, and more.  Experience analyzing research and a history of strong problem solving skills is a must. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid internship experience looking to jump start their career or someone who has worked 1-2 years and is looking for an opportunity to gain more experience with the opportunity to grow.

The successful candidate is driven by insights and has digital UX experience. The ideal candidate will:

  • Drive recommendations based on research and data
  • Be able to present to others and support decisions made based on research and data
  • Create hands on deliverables including wireframes, journey diagrams, information architectures, etc.
  • Be confident communicating with both development teams and creative teams

A quickly growing technology company is looking for a Software Developer to join their team. The software developers will be developing software applications for both internal and external business cases. You will work closely with Development Team and Project Management in the creation of project plans and deliverables. You will create clean code adhering to coding standards and best practices.

The successful candidate will be driven, organized and have strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will:

  • Maintain software applications and make enhancements according to project specifications
  • Provide support to tech leads and PM’s
