Contract Content Manager (Remote | Columbus, OH)

We are seeking a Content Manager (located in Columbus, Ohio) for a minimum of a 3 month contract with anticipated extensions for a growing digital experience team. The Content Manager will be focused on building out webpages in an enterprise content management platform as needed for the organization’s various departments and offices.

The successful candidate will have strong web content management experience and be a great communicator. The ideal candidate will:

  • Conduct internal client facing working with various project stakeholders to understand needs and requirements
  • Manage varying tasks and priorities and set clear expectation
  • Be very organized
  • Resolve challenges quickly and effectively
  • Have experience with HTML and CSS (javascript is a bonus)
  • Have strong CMS experience

Marketing Manager (Columbus, OH)

In this role, you will collaborate with owners and the General Manager to bring strategy to life and boost e-commerce sales. The Marketing Manager will manage vendor relationships and partner with 3rd parties to promote products and launch new ones!

The successful candidate will be a strong writer supporting social media, web content updates, email marketing and more. You will develop key KPI’s to define and measure success. You are the go-to for all marketing activities. You are a strategist who enjoys diving in and paving a path for success. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have have strong social media marketing experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics
  • Have previous ecommerce experience
  • Utilize strong communication and leadership skills

Director of Sale (NE Ohio)

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to work in a hybrid capacity (a minimum of 3 days/week in office) for an established growing digital marketing agency. You will own develop, lead and grow the digital sales team.

The Director of Sales will lead key accounts and ensure consistent account management processes are updated, implemented and maintained across the department.

The successful candidate lead account managers and ensure that their needs are met, in addition to client needs. You will have experience in leading sales meetings and managing a sales lead acquisition process. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a thorough knowledge of client management, including onboarding and off-boarding
  • Have experience hiring and onboarding account managers
  • Lead proposal creation for new and existing accounts
  • Demonstrate a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Lead team of Account Managers in day-to-day operations and account growth

  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Hold previous experience in technical recruiting, including the key tools and techniques needed to find a good fit with the agency

Marketing and Recruiting Intern (Remote | Columbus, OH)

We are seeking an eager and motivated Marketing and Recruiting Intern to join our growing team. As our Marketing and Recruiting Intern, you will help us to build our brand through quality written content, candidate and client interactions and general business support.
