Marketing Manager (Columbus, OH)
Are you a marketing strategy professional with a passion for wearing many hats? Do you enjoy writing? We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a successful and growing e-commerce company. In this role, you will collaborate with owners and the General Manager to bring strategy to life and boost e-commerce sales. The Marketing Manager will manage vendor relationships and partner with 3rd parties to promote products and launch new ones!
You will be a strong writer supporting social media, web content updates, email marketing and more. You will develop key KPI’s to define and measure success. You are the go-to for all marketing activities. You are a strategist who enjoys diving in and paving a path for success. You will:
- Have have strong social media marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics
- Have previous ecommerce experience
- Utilize strong communication and leadership skills
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends and identify opportunities for growth
- A Google Analytics Certification is a plus

VP of Sales and Marketing (NE Ohio)
We are seeking an experienced VP of Sales and Marketing to work in a hybrid capacity for an established growing digital marketing agency. As the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for both leading the account team and driving the sales acquisition process.
You will manage 2-4 key accounts and ensure consistent account management processes are updated, implemented and maintained across the department. You will lead 3-4 account managers in providing engaged account management that is mindful of both client and internal team needs.
The ideal candidate will:
- Establish data driven threshold for account management hiring
- Manage account manager incentive program
- Represent account management in leadership meetings
- Develop plans and strategies to grow the business and achieve the company’s sales goals
- Optimize and increase pipeline of opportunities through marketing efforts
- Pursue new business development leads and move through sales cycle
- Lead sales tracking/reporting efforts
- Lead/direct proposal preparation for both new and existing accounts
- Establish and maintain the client onboarding and offboarding process
Requirements include:
- Digital marketing or digital media experience
- Leading, managing and building sales teams
- Being present in the office throughout the week to build relationships with team members and clients.

Account Manager (Hybrid | NE OH)
We are seeking an Account Manager to work in a hybrid capacity for an established growing digital marketing agency. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and supporting the sales process.
The ideal candidate will:
- Provide engaged client management that is mindful of client and internal team needs
- Identify additional revenue opportunities for existing accounts
- Attend local area events and participate in networking events to build relationships to drive new business development pipeline
- Support sales process by supporting new business pitches, RFP’s, etc.
Requirements include:
- Digital marketing or digital media experience
- Drive to stay current in industry best practices
- Being present in the office throughout the week to build relationships with team members and clients.
