UX Researcher (Contract/Ohio)

We are seeking a junior to mid-level UX Researcher, located in Ohio, for a long-term contract.  There is potential to convert to a permanent position for the right person. 

UX Researcher would be a part of a small but nimble UX team working on a variety of digitally native brands across multiple channels including websites, mobile apps and email. UX Researcher will help uncover and define user needs, analyze data to find patterns and drive insights through various research methods and analytics. Experience analyzing research with strong problem solving skills is a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Due to the product and industry, priorities can change quickly. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3+ years of experience.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Support usability, card sort, tree test and other design research efforts for established brands as well as new growing brands
  • Be able to tell a story using insights based on research and data
  • Help define processes for doing research on competitive brands, retailer websites and other experiences to build a stronger POV and UX strategy
  • Willingness to support and/or learn other UX Design tasks as needed including development of wireframes, journey diagrams and information architectures

This is a growing team and the UX Researcher will have the opportunity to have their hands in a wide variety of projects. The UX Researcher will work remotely for the foreseeable future, but would return to the office as needed for meetings when the office reopens (if feasible given location).

Marketing Operations Manager (x2) (Remote)

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager, with a minimum of 3 year’s experience, for a quickly growing consultancy accelerating growth for Silicon Valley’s fastest growing B2B and SaaS companies. This role oversees and own client MarTech and database execution with regards to segmentation, cleanliness and completeness. The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management, database health, segmentation strategy, lead nurturing and lead lifecycle management.  

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with the end-to-end marketing funnel, sales pipeline and has implemented a campaign tracking framework.The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong skills with MAPs like Hubspot and Marketo
  • Know Salesforce and have experience with lead process workflows, automation, report building, lead scoring and attribution
  • Be able to translate business and platform requirements into marketing campaigns and MarTech logic
  • Use data analytics and strong quantitative skills to track and optimize campaigns
  • Have startup or agency experience

 A local accounting firm is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to team members, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities.

The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and support the day-to-day operation of the office. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff
  • Respond quickly to initial emails, be able to answer questions and route them to the appropriate staff
  • Organize and schedule appointments on the team’s calendars

UX Designer (Contract/Remote)

We are seeking a UX Designer for a 6 month contract with potential to convert to a permanent position for the right person for an internal agency. The UX Designer would work on client site playing a generalist role on the UX team. Experience developing wire frames, journey diagrams, information architectures, and more.  Experience analyzing research and a history of strong problem solving skills is a must. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid internship experience looking to jump start their career or someone who has worked 1-2 years and is looking for an opportunity to gain more experience with the opportunity to grow.

The successful candidate is driven by insights and has digital UX experience. The ideal candidate will:

  • Drive recommendations based on research and data
  • Be able to present to others and support decisions made based on research and data

  • Be confident communicating with both development teams and creative teams
