Inside Sales Representative (Columbus- Remote)

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a high growth technology company based in Ohio. The inside sales representative will drive outbound lead generation via phone and email and will be critical in driving growth of the company. The inside sales associate will establish contact with c-level prospects to build initial interest and rapport and schedule a discovery call that will be led by the regional sales manager. You must be able to build relationships and support sales and marketing teams in prospect data management and cleanup

The successful candidate will be expected to drive outbound lead generation by scheduling approximately 10 calls per week. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be persistent but relaxed on the phone
  • Have a proven track record of meeting lead and pipeline goals
  • Understand technology and be comfortable speaking about it
  • Manage and track leads using a CRM
  • Be able to handle pressure 
  • Have the ability to quickly build rapport via phone and email

Recruiter (Columbus- Remote)

We are seeking a Recruiter to join the TalentID team in Columbus! No recruiting experience necessary. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and emerging technologies, love networking and meeting new people and are always trying the latest social media platforms. This is a great role for someone in a career transition, someone looking for balance back in their life, or someone who is passionate about building teams. As a TalentID recruiter, you will go through a 90-day training programing getting you up to speed on the best recruiting practices and TalentID processes. Upon completion of the training program, you will work closely with the owner in sourcing, filling roles, managing social media and continuing to build out TalentID best practices.

Data Analyst (Columbus)

We are seeking multiple entry to mid level data analysts to support an introductory consultancy pilot program whereas analysts will work on variety of projects for our clients. All data analysts will undergo approximately a 4-week training period to be appropriately onboarding and trained on client tools and processes before going on client site. Consulting projects will last between 6-12 months with new consulting projects to begin at the conclusion of another. Individuals will work on site at client offices 80% of the week. 20% of the week is focused on ongoing training, learning and mentorship in our offices. 

The successful candidate is data oriented and loves working with, manipulating and identifying patterns and insights from numbers. Some folks will have experience already working in a data analyst type of role. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a strong communicator
  • Be analytical
  • Think in numbers
  • Enjoy learning new programs, processes and ways of doing things
  • Have a desire for continuous improvement both through testing in the work they are doing as well as in their personal and professional growth.

Consulting Client Success Manager (Central Ohio)

We are seeking a Consulting Client Success Manager for a growing SaaS-based software company. There is potential to convert to a permanent position for the right person. Company hiring the CSM is located on the East Coast and is seeking someone for approximately 3-5 hours per week to work with Ohio based Client. CSM will be focused on helping client to utilize their product to its fullest extent, answering questions, managing expectations and building a trusted relationship.
