Data Analyst (Columbus)
We are seeking multiple entry to mid level data analysts to support an introductory consultancy pilot program whereas analysts will work on variety of projects for our clients. All data analysts will undergo approximately a 4-week training period to be appropriately onboarding and trained on client tools and processes before going on client site. Consulting projects will last between 6-12 months with new consulting projects to begin at the conclusion of another. Individuals will work on site at client offices 80% of the week. 20% of the week is focused on ongoing training, learning and mentorship in our offices.
The successful candidate is data oriented and loves working with, manipulating and identifying patterns and insights from numbers. Some folks will have experience already working in a data analyst type of role. The ideal candidate will:

- Be analytical
- Think in numbers
- Enjoy learning new programs, processes and ways of doing things
- Have a desire for continuous improvement both through testing in the work they are doing as well as in their personal and professional growth.

User Experience Analyst (Contract- Columbus)
We are seeking a UX Designer for a 6 month contract with potential to convert to a permanent position for the right person for an internal agency. The UX Designer would work on client site playing a generalist role on the UX team. Experience developing wire frames, journey diagrams, information architectures, and more. Experience analyzing research and a history of strong problem solving skills is a must. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid internship experience looking to jump start their career or someone who has worked 1-2 years and is looking for an opportunity to gain more experience with the opportunity to grow.
The successful candidate is driven by insights and has digital UX experience. The ideal candidate will:
- Drive recommendations based on research and data
- Be able to present to others and support decisions made based on research and data
- Create hands on deliverables including wireframes, journey diagrams, information architectures, etc.
- Be confident communicating with both development teams and creative teams
This is a growing team and the UX Designer will have the opportunity to have their hands in a wide variety of projects.
